Our Home Office in Madison remains operational with a majority of our staff working remotely. Procedures for this type of situation have already been established and tested and we are confident in the ability of our employees and agents to continue to serve you during this uncertain time.
It is our intent to keep all agents available to our customers. We do ask everyone to use our remote service option and avoid foot traffic as much as possible. Agents will be available through phone and email during this time as some offices may be closed to help keep our customers safe.
