Born and raised in Waumandee, WI. I grew up on my parent's farm which was a dairy farm for the first decade of my life. Eventually the farm turned into running a poultry operation for Gold n' Plump. I attended the University of Wisconsin-River Falls for a degree in Agriculture Marketing Communications. This led me to a position with Partners in Production, an independent seed company, serving the state of Wisconsin. Growing up on a farm and working with farmers has given me a strong understanding of the situations and concerns that are unique to farmers in Wisconsin.
